To access our files, identify the database in your WinOLS software or on the evc.de portal. Search for the reseller name: OBDTUNING

Credits are the currency of MyOLSx. Once you choose a package and the transaction is confirmed, credits are assigned to your account instantly.

Browse the OBDTUNING projects directly in WinOLS. Use your MyOLSx balance to download OLS projects, Mappacks, or Damos files.

Q Where can I find my WinOLS Customer ID?

You can find your ID directly in the WinOLS software. Go to "Help" -> "About WinOLS". It is usually a 4 or 5-digit number (e.g., 13969).

Q How long does the credit transfer take?

The system is 100% automated. Once payment is confirmed, credits are synced instantly via API with EVC servers.

Q Can I use these credits for Mappacks and Damos?

Yes. These are official EVC credits, valid for any purchase within the WinOLS/EVC environment.

Q Is my WinOLS ID saved for future purchases?

Yes. Once you complete your first order, your ID is securely linked to your profile for faster future checkouts.

Q Are the payments secure and will I receive an invoice?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted. After every successful purchase, an automated invoice is generated and sent to your registered email address.

Q What happens if I enter a wrong ID by mistake?

Please open a Support Ticket immediately. If the transfer hasn't been processed, we can update it manually to ensure your credits reach the right account.
